Why Am I Seeing an Error for Off-Facebook Activity?

We're so sorry you're experiencing this error, but this article will help you with this setting in your Facebook account to be able to connect successfully to Tailwind.

According to Facebook, Off-Facebook activity is "a summary of activity that businesses and organizations share with us about your interactions, such as visiting their apps or websites.". Facebook requires this setting to be enabled in order to connect to our platform.

In order to connect your Facebook/Instagram account to Tailwind, you'll first need to turn on your future off-Facebook activity. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Click on your profile picture, located in the top right of your Facebook account.

  2. Go to Settings & privacy, then click Settings.

  3. Select Privacy in the left menu.

  4. Select Your Facebook information in the left.

  5. Click View next to Off-Facebook activity. From here, you can manage your activity and can also click Recent activity for more information.

Note: If there are multiple users who have access to the Facebook page, you would need every user with access to follow these steps
