Attributes help you personalize your emails and create segments based on specific user attributes. These produce more targeted emails using the personal information of your subscribers, delivering individually tailored email marketing right to their inbox. ✉️


Here's how to add attributes to your contact list:

1. Select the Contacts tab found in the top navigation and Manage Lists:

2. Add your attribute -- select the list, add the attribute name, and choose its type: string or date-time.

  • Text: This attribute is for any text field that can be used to characterize your contacts.

  • Datetime: With this attribute, you can specify a date, such as a birthday.

Make sure to click Save when you're done.

3. You can find these attributes in the Contacts list and the generated subscription form. Click on the three horizontal dots next to a contact and click Edit to link the customer with an attribute:
