What types of content can I share?

The Tailwind Canva App supports both images (PNG, JPG, SVG) and video. You can share designs to any Pinterest, Instagram, or Facebook account you've connected to Tailwind.

Each time you click "Share to Tailwind," one page of your Canva design is exported and created as a draft in Tailwind. If your Canva document has multiple pages, export each page separately.

Troubleshooting

  • Export fails or shows an error: Try exporting a single-page design. If your document has multiple pages, export each page one at a time. If the error persists with a single page, log out of the Tailwind app in Canva and log back in.

  • Design too small: Pinterest requires designs at least 600 pixels wide. Facebook requires at least 200Γ—200 pixels.

  • Draft not appearing in Tailwind: After export, click "Open in Tailwind" to go directly to your draft. Pinterest drafts appear in the Pin Scheduler; Instagram and Facebook drafts appear in the Quick Scheduler.
