Select Feed/Reel Post
Click the "Upload or Create Post" button from the home or draft tab of your dashboard. Find the video that you'd like to publish from the files on your computer and either drag and drop it to the upload box or select the file.
2. Next you'll select which platform you'd like to schedule the video to. For Instagram Reels, select Feed Post.
3. You will then be able to add the details to your post.
For video Pins, add a title, description, and Source URL in addition to selecting any Board(s) you'd like to publish the Pin to.
For Instagram video/Reels, add your caption and hashtags to the video by using our Hashtag Finder or your saved hashtag lists
For Facebook videos, add a caption to the video and set a specific date and time for it to publish.
4. After finishing out the details of your post, select a time slot and click Schedule Post to add the Video Pin or Instagram video to your queue.
For Facebook, set a specific date and time for the post to publish on your Facebook page:
Note: You can also select Save for Later to send the Pin to your Drafts.
5. Once you add your video to the Queue, the video will show in the calendar on your Homepage.
Important Details about Scheduling Pinterest Video with Tailwind:
You must have a business account to publish videos to Pinterest. (You can learn more here about creating a business account.)
Pinterest is currently accepting videos in English, French, and German and will add support for more languages soon.
The aspect ratio for videos on Pinterest should be between 1:2 and 1.91:1 (1000x2000px to 1910x1000px). We also recommend making your videos square (1:1) or vertical (2:3, 9:16).
Video length should also be no less than 4 seconds and a maximum of 15 minutes.
The maximum file size for the video is 100MB and they can be uploaded in .mov or .mp4 formats.
You can only schedule a video Pin via desktop. We do not support adding them to Tailwind Communities at this time.
In certain regions, Video Pins must be reviewed by Pinterest before being published, and it may take up to 24 hours for your video Pin to be approved, so make sure they meet the Community Guidelines.
Important Details about Scheduling Instagram Video with Tailwind:
The maximum file size for the video is 100MB and they can be uploaded in .mov or .mp4 formats.
The video length must be between 3 and 60 seconds.

Important Details about Scheduling Facebook Video with Tailwind:
The maximum file size for the video is 100MB and they can be uploaded in .mov or .mp4 formats.
The video length must be no longer than 240 minutes.
