Are you ready to get the most out of Tailwind? Uploading posts to Tailwind has never been easier with our Frictionless Upload process. Try it out now through your home or draft tab on your dashboard. With a few simple steps, you can have all of your media uploaded and ready for use in no time across multiple platforms.

Start by navigating to your home or draft tab on Tailwind and click on the "Upload or Create Posts" button. This will kickoff the scheduling process!

Uploading Media as a Draft

You'll be given the option to Upload Media or Create Posts through Tailwind Create. First, we'll walk through uploading media:

  1. Click to browse your computer for media or drag and drop a piece of content to upload.

2. Select which platforms you would like to schedule that piece of content to. Double-check that the correct profile is selected as well.

3. Once you've selected a platform, you will be taken to the quick scheduler to add captions/descriptions using ghostwriter, cross-post to different platforms, and choose a time to post.

Uploading a Carousel Post

There are two ways to upload media for a carousel post:

1) When you click "Upload or Create New Post", you're given the option at the bottom to select "Create Carousel Post". This makes it to where any media uploaded is grouped together as a carousel versus individual posts.

2) Or upload a carousel by clicking the + sign on the Instagram feed post to add additional photos or videos.

Uploading a Reel vs. Uploading a Video Feed Post

Lastly, you can upload a video as a feed post or a reel. To do so, upload your media and select the IG feed post. For Reels, select "Auto-Post" as the post method and check

"Post as a Reel". For a video feed post, make sure the box is unchecked and schedule as normal.

Alternatively, from the "Upload or Create Posts" you can head over to Tailwind Create and pick from hundreds of eye-catching templates. Here's a helpful article that offers more guidance on how to use Create.
