To get additional details about which of your contacts clicked on which links, you can track click performance by URL. You can also monitor how many times a specific audience member has clicked the link, when they clicked, and what device they're using.
These details help you individually analyze your subscribers and use that data to create segments to send targeted campaigns to interested parties. Here's how to create list segments.
How to Track Click Rate Activity
1. In the Email Campaigns tab of your dashboard, select your Sent campaigns and choose a campaign to analyze:
2. Under Performance, view Click performance by URL. Select Show All, then click People who Visited this URL:
3. Under Contact activity, select the Clicked tab to see who clicked the links.
