Once they accept, your boosted Turbo Pins appear at the top of each other's feeds for easier engagement.

When you connect with someone as a Friend on Tailwind Turbo, your Turbo Pins will show up at the top of each others' feeds. This means you'll each see the others' new boosted Pins the next time you log-in, making it easier to then go review the Pin and decide if you want to engage with it.

Engagement that arrives soon after a Pin goes live is one of the strongest signals Pinterest uses to decide how widely to distribute it. Friends on Turbo make that early engagement more reliable: because your boosted Pins surface at the top of your friends' feeds, your strongest creators are more likely to see and engage with them quickly.

Building a network of active Friends turns Turbo into a more consistent engagement loop — your best Pins get seen by people who are genuinely likely to save, comment, and click through, which helps them earn the early momentum that drives broader reach.

There are two primary ways to add friends on Turbo:

Go to the My Friends page and either enter their email address and hit send, or copy your invitation link and send it to them.

When someone engages with your Turbo Pins, you'll get a notification in your Activity Feed.

If you click the "Engage Back" link, you'll see a button in the top right to add them as a friend.

When you invite someone to become your friend, they are prompted to review the invitation and accept or decline.
