How to Use Bulk Editing in the Pin Scheduler

Bulk editing in Tailwind’s Pin Scheduler is a powerful way to save time by applying the same Pin details, such as titles, descriptions, URLs, or board selections, to multiple Pins at once. Instead of editing each Pin individually, you can make changes across a group of Pins with just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step: How to Bulk Edit

  1. Navigate to Pin Scheduler
    Go to your Tailwind dashboard and open the Pin Scheduler.

  2. Select Multiple Pins
    In the Pin Scheduler, click the checkboxes to select all the Pins you’d like to edit. If you don't want the details applied to a Pin, simply leave the box unchecked. The details will only be applied to the selected Pins.

  3. Click the “Bulk Edit” Button
    Once your Pins are selected, choose the Bulk Edit option from the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

  4. Choose What You Want to Edit
    You’ll have the option to apply the same:

    • Pin title

    • Pin description

    • Destination URL

    • Board(s)

    Enter the details you’d like to apply across all selected Pins.

  5. Apply Your Changes
    After entering the information, click "Apply changes to selected pins" to save your Pin details. Tailwind will instantly update all selected Pins with the details you’ve chosen.

  6. Schedule Your Pins
    Once bulk editing is complete, select your boards (if you haven’t already) and click Schedule to add your Pins to your SmartSchedule.



Tips for Bulk Editing

  • Use bulk editing when you have multiple Pins that should share the same URL or description (for example, variations of a Pin design pointing to the same blog post).

  • If you want unique titles or descriptions for each Pin, try using Bulk Ghostwriter instead. Bulk Ghostwriter automatically generates different details for each design.
