Tailwind Publishing Extension makes it easy to repurpose your previously-published Pins or draft new Pins from anywhere on the web!

Start by Installing the Tailwind browser extension, ensuring that you change your default setting to "Schedule Images"

Schedule Pins from Pinterest.com

  1. Find the Pins on Pinterest that you want to schedule and click on them to open the expanded view.

  2. With the extension installed, you will see a blue TW icon above the Pin titled

  3. A window will appear where you can schedule the Pin. You can (1) use the drop-down menu to switch between profiles, (2) add the board(s), Pin title/description, and scheduled date/time, and (3) click the Schedule Now button to add the Pin to your queue or Save for Later to send the Pin to your Drafts

Bulk Schedule Multiple Pins from Pinterest.com

  1. To schedule more than 1 Pin at a time, start by viewing the Pinterest profile or board that you want to Pin from

  2. Click on the blue "TW" icon in your extension toolbar. If this is not visible, you can enable it in your browser settings. This is called the extension Bookmarklet

  3. Select the Pins that you would like to schedule. The bottom of the page will display a thumbnail of the selected pins. Then click Go Schedule

  4. Next, you can add the board(s), title, and descriptions. Click the Schedule All button to schedule all the pins shown at once or Schedule Now on individual pins to schedule one at a time. Click the Save for Later button to save these pins as Drafts.

Schedule from the web

You can also schedule images from anywhere on the web using the browser extension.

  1. Visit an Image on a blog or website where you want to create a Pin. Hover over the image and select the Schedule button that appears in the lower-left corner of the image

2. Follow the same steps outlined in Step 4 above to add the board(s), title, and descriptions, then, schedule the Pin.

Schedule from an Online Store

If you own an online store, like Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and TeacherPayTeachers (just to name a few), you can schedule a Pin with Tailwind directly from your store.

  1. Visit the product that you'd like to schedule, making sure that you visit the product description page so we can grab the correct and full URL and not just the store's homepage

  2. Use the Bookmarklet to select the product image and continue to schedule the Pin as normal

  3. In some cases, you will see the Schedule icon in the lower-left corner of the image. If visible, you can use this button to schedule your Pin as well!

Troubleshooting

Q: "I only see Ghostwriter when I open the extension. How do I schedule images instead?"

A: To enable the classic experience and schedule images, you can visit your extension settings (https://www.tailwindapp.com/dashboard/v2/popup/settings/extension/) and switch the "Tailwind Icon in extension bar default to" option from "Open Labs" to "Schedule Images"
