Have you already set up your marketing plan and you are unsure of where to start, or you don't quite understand all the features yet? Well, look no further! π
Here are some key features and how to use them to get the most out of Copilot!
1. Use the Plan Overview to Make Adjustments
If you've already completed your personalization survey, clicking "Your Plan" in the sidebar takes you to a visual overview of the next three months of your marketing plan. If you haven't taken our short personalization survey, you'll see a button to start it. We highly recommend personalizing your marketing plan to get marketing campaigns and marketing suggestions tailored to your business.
From this screen, you have the option to customize your plan based on the amount of posting you would like to do and you can turn on and off campaigns!
You can also see that your overview is color-coded by the type of campaign item it is: Awareness, Consideration, or Conversation.
2. Find Prompts You Want to Work On
You can view recommended content at the top of your dashboard under the heading "Here are some post ideas recommendations for the week." This focused view let's you look at your upcoming content recommendations one-at-a-time. You can filter these content prompts to focus on one lifecycle stage a time, content for one campaign at a time, or just shuffle through till you find a prompt you want to work on.
3. Start Creating Content
When you find a prompt you want to complete, you can upload content if you aleady have an image or design for the post. If you don't have a design, click the Create button to have a professional-quality design generated for you.
After your new post is scheduled, mark it complete. Your progress will show on the "Your Weekly Goal" achievement bar directly above your schedule! π
4. Your Weekly Calendar
You can complete a lot of your marketing plan from your weekly schedule that appears on your Home screen! π
From Your Schedule you can Customize Your Plan, Upload/Create content, view Your Weekly Goals, look at campaign items, and mark items as Complete or Dismiss prompt.
You should now be able to execute Your Marketing Plan with a breeze! You are going to be reaching your growth goals in no time! π
