The Dashboard calendar on your Home page shows every post and Pin you have scheduled. Use the Weekly view to see posts by day, drag-and-drop them between days, and edit, reschedule, or delete them; use the Monthly view to drag posts between days and into different time slots. You can also filter by social profile.

Pin Scheduler Also Has Its Own Calendar
In addition to the Dashboard calendar described on this page, Pin Scheduler has its own expanded calendar view. From the Your Schedule sidebar on the Pin Scheduler page, click the Expand calendar icon/link to open it. It shows your scheduled and published Pins in Weekly and Monthly views: click a scheduled Pin to edit or reschedule it, or click a published Pin to see its details and reschedule it. This calendar is separate from, and in addition to, the Home-page Dashboard calendar covered below â both exist side by side.
Weekly Calendar
From the Weekly calendar view you can:
View each post on a daily schedule
Quickly drag-and-drop posts to different days of the week
Edit, unschedule, reschedule, and delete the post right from the calendar
Filter by social profile
Monthly Calendar
From the Monthly calendar view you can:
Quickly drag-and-drop posts to different time slots within each day using the daily pop-up window
Easily drag-and-drop posts from one day to another within the monthly calendar
