Managing your Pin drafts
Pin Scheduler includes bulk tools for managing your drafts. You can edit and schedule drafts, copy drafts to create duplicates, delete selected drafts, or delete all drafts at once.
Selecting drafts
Click the checkbox in the top-right corner of any draft card to select it. Select as many drafts as you need, then use the buttons in the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
To select every draft on the current page, click Select all in the action bar.
Editing and scheduling drafts
Select one or more drafts using the checkboxes, then click Edit/schedule (when a single draft is selected) or Bulk edit/schedule (when multiple drafts are selected) in the action bar at the bottom of the screen. This opens the Pin Scheduler, where you can edit titles, descriptions, and boards, and set schedule times.
Setting a custom date and time
To schedule a Pin at a specific time, click the clock icon on the draft card. This opens a date and time picker. If you schedule without setting a custom time, Tailwind automatically assigns your Pin to the next available SmartSchedule time slot.
Scheduling one Pin to multiple boards
You don't need to duplicate a Pin to schedule it to more than one board. In the Pin Scheduler draft editor, select all the boards you want on a single draft â Tailwind automatically creates one scheduled Pin per board you select. There's no need to copy the draft once per board.
Saved board lists are also available directly in the Pin Scheduler â in both the draft editor and the bulk edit modal â not only in the Canva export flow. Select a saved board list to quickly apply the same set of boards across your Pins.
Copying drafts
Select one or more drafts and click Copy in the action bar. New drafts are created with the same image or video, title, description, link, alt text, and board selections as the originals. If a draft is a carousel, all slides are copied. The original drafts are not changed or removed.
This is useful when you want to schedule the same Pin to multiple boards at different times, or create variations with small changes to the title or description.
Deleting selected drafts
Select one or more drafts and click Delete in the action bar. A confirmation dialog will appear. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting all drafts
To remove every draft in your queue at once, click Delete all drafts in the action bar. This deletes drafts across all pages, not just the ones currently visible. A confirmation dialog will appear. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
