Tailwind charges appear on your card statement as Tailwind or Tailwind Subscriptions, billed in US dollars. If you paid with PayPal, the charge appears in your PayPal activity. If you don't recognize a charge, check these in order:
Another Tailwind account. Log in with each email address you might have used, including an old work address. The account that was charged shows the payment under Settings > Subscription & Billing > Statements.
Someone else used your card. A colleague, assistant or former client may have set up an account with your card.
Apple. If you subscribed in the Tailwind iPhone app, Apple bills you and the charge appears as Apple, not Tailwind. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions.
An annual renewal. Annual plans renew automatically on the date you first subscribed.
Still can't place it?
Email [email protected] with any email addresses you might have signed up with. If you don't know them, send the charge date, the amount and the card's last four digits instead. We'll find the account and tell you which email address it belongs to, if it's yours. Then we can cancel it or send you its statements.
Please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank, because a dispute can take weeks and we can usually sort it out within a day or two.
