How to Update Your Credit Card Information
Updating your Credit Card in Tailwind is easy, click the button or follow the steps listed!
1. Go to your Billing/Statetments(located in the settings menu in the top right hand navigation).
2. Click the "Update Billing Info" button just to the right of your current information.
3. You'll be taken to a new page to securely enter in your new credit card and update.
Important: This does not change your Billing Email address, where you might get failed payment notifications. Please send us a message in chat to update it for you!
Updating Your Card When Your Account Is Past Due
If a recent payment failed and your account is past due, updating your card here will automatically retry the outstanding charge right away using your new card. If the charge goes through, your subscription is restored immediately—you don't need to wait for the next billing attempt. If the new card is also declined, the charge will continue to be retried on your normal billing schedule, and you can update to a different card at any time to retry immediately. If your subscription is ultimately cancelled for non-payment, we'll email you to let you know and explain how to resubscribe.
