Tailwind issues a billing statement for every subscription purchase and renewal. The statement is your invoice and receipt: it shows the date, the plan, the amount charged and the payment method. Tailwind doesn't charge VAT. If US sales tax applies in your state, it appears as its own line. You can use it for your records and your accountant.
Download a statement
In Tailwind, open Settings > Subscription & Billing, or use this direct link.
Scroll to Statements at the bottom of the page.
Click a billing period to download that statement.
If the file opens as a web page or the download ends in .html, rename it to end in .pdf and open it again.
Not seeing what you need?
You need your company name, address or VAT/tax number on it. See Can I get an invoice with my company name, address or VAT number?
The statement is from an earlier year, or you've cancelled or moved to Free. See How do I get a past statement, including after I cancel?
The charge was for credits or for a change in the middle of your plan. See Why don't I see a separate statement for a credit purchase?

For anything else, message us in chat with the date and amount of the charge and we'll send the statement to you.
Active coupons and adjusted next charge
If you have an active coupon on your account, you'll see your coupon code, the discount amount, and your adjusted next charge on the billing subscription page (Settings > Subscription & Billing).
