How do I change my account's plan or subscription?

We offer a few different plans, each with its own benefits. Here's how to switch to take advantage!

How to Manage Your Subscription Plan in Tailwind

  1. Go to your Account Settings (located in the settings menu in the top right-hand navigation). Before proceeding, consider exploring all available plans and pricing options to ensure you select the best fit for your needs. Visit the public Plans and Pricing page for a comprehensive overview.

  2. Open the Accounts section.

  3. Select Change Plan.

  4. Choose the desired subscription plan to upgrade or downgrade.

  1. Click the Change Plan button at the top right of the Account box and choose either See All Plans or Downgrade:

  2. Review the Confirmation Page for details, including:

    • The remaining days until cancellation is finalized.

    • Changes that will occur to your account after cancellation.

  3. Click Downgrade My Plan to finalize the cancellation and stop future billing.

We'll then ask you to select a new plan. For example, the Pro plan supports one of each profile type and includes 150 posts per month. Review the full list of plans on the Plans and Pricing page to find the best fit for your needs. Important Notes:

  • Changes to your subscription plan take effect immediately upon confirmation.

  • If you cancel your plan, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Ensure you review the confirmation page carefully to understand the impact of your changes.
