To remove an old profile and add a new one, navigate to your account settings in Tailwind. From there, you can remove the current profile and connect a new one. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Keep in mind that deleting a social profile from your Tailwind will delete all old drafts and scheduled posts to that account. Removing a profile from Tailwind does not affect the associated social media account itself; all content and settings on the social media platform remain unchanged. Before proceeding, ensure you save any important data such as drafts, design files, or other content created within Tailwind, as this data cannot be recovered once deleted.
