To log out of Tailwind, click the Log out button. In the product-focused navigation (the default for new accounts), it's the arrow icon at the bottom of the left sidebar, below Settings. In Classic navigation, Log out is in the settings gear menu at the top-right of your dashboard.
Where you'll find the log out button depends on which navigation your account uses.

The log out button is an icon-only button at the bottom of the left sidebar — look for the arrow icon below Settings. Hover over it to see the Log out tooltip, then click it to sign out.

Log out is in the settings gear menu at the top-right of your dashboard.
