Where you'll find the log out button depends on which navigation your account uses.
Product-focused navigation (default for new accounts)
The log out button is an icon-only button at the bottom of the left sidebar — look for the arrow icon below Settings. Hover over it to see the Log out tooltip, then click it to sign out.
Classic navigation
Log out is in the settings gear menu at the top-right of your dashboard.
