Tailwind uses email to communicate with you about your account, bring you news about the latest product updates, and share helpful tips and articles from our blog! Of course, you can subscribe or unsubscribe from any of these emails whenever you want.
How to turn off Emails in Tailwind
Navigate to the Settings gear in the upper-right corner of your Tailwind dashboard and click "Email Notifications"
2. Toggle off and on any emails you'd like to keep or turn off.
3. Click the "Update Preferences" button to save changes!
I clicked "Unsubscribe" in an email and still received another one
Turn the email off from the Email Notifications settings page above rather than from the Unsubscribe link in the email itself. We are aware of a bug affecting our summary emails, where the unsubscribe link records your opt-out against only one connected Pinterest account, while the email is sent per person — so if you have more than one Pinterest account connected, clicking Unsubscribe does not actually stop the emails. Switching the toggle off in Settings (for example, Monthly summary email) applies across all of your connected accounts at once and will stick.
If you have already turned an email off and it is still arriving, check which login the email was addressed to. Notification preferences are saved per user, so a second seat you invited onto your account has its own Email Notifications settings and has to be turned off from that login — changing the setting on your own login will not affect it. Your General settings tab shows which email address you are currently signed in as.
