Go to your Account Settings page, located in the settings menu in the top right-hand navigation:

Make sure you are logged in to the correct Instagram, Pinterest, and/or Facebook account in your web browser.

Select the account type you'd like to add to your dashboard.

Follow instructions from Pinterest, Instagram, or Facebook to connect your account to Tailwind.
