Note: This article is for the new Tailwind Instagram Planner app. If you haven't yet downloaded the new app, get it here on iOS or Android!
When you first open the app, you'll be greeted by the option to connect your Instagram profile.
Tap Get Started in the lower right to get set up with your account!
Next, you'll be taken to an Instagram login screen -- make sure and enter the unique username/password combination for the specific account you want to use. If you use one login for multiple accounts, learn how to set a unique password here.
Once you're all logged in, you can take advantage of our learning resources to get started!
Adding an additional account
Note: Additional accounts cannot yet be added to the mobile app.
To add an extra Tailwind account, head over to the desktop version of https://www.tailwindapp.com/ and select Account Settings in the top right corner, then choose "Add New Account."
Helpful Tip: Be sure to be logged into the account you want to add to Tailwind on your computer. You can also change the account by clicking "Not the right account? Login"
If you use multi-account login on Instagram, you'll need to have a unique sign-in for the account you want to add to successfully connect it with Tailwind.
To do this, go to the account you want to add on the Instagram app > select Settings > Security > Password > and create a unique password for this account. Log out of Instagram.
Then, add a new Profile in Tailwind, but make sure and use the unique username/password of the account you want to add.
