You cannot Auto Post carousel image sets to Instagram, but there is a way to do it when you use SMS Notification or iOS Notification to post.
The best way to do this is to schedule the first image (or a 'dummy' post) for the time you'd like to publish to Instagram as normal through Tailwind. Be sure to set the dummy post as as SMS Notification or iOS Notification, as this won't work for the Auto Post method.
If you are using the reminder method and have the extra images already on your phone, follow these steps:
- Schedule the first image (or a 'dummy' post) for the time you'd like to publish to Instagram as normal through Tailwind. Make sure you set your post to SMS Notification or iOS Notification.
- When you get your reminder from us that it's time to post - tap 'Post to Instagram'. This will open the Instagram app and the image you scheduled will save to your photo library.
- In Instagram, choose to post to your story/feed and then tap the 'X' in the top left corner.
- Next, start a new post using the '+' button at the bottom of your screen. Select the saved image, and add the additional other images to post as a carousel photo set.
This way you will be reminded when it's time to post, and be able to quickly post your images as a carousel photo set!
