Why we don't offer phone support

At Tailwind, we have several values that we use to govern how we grow our business, one of those is Transparency. We are hyper focused on providing the best support to our customers and being able to do so at scale. 

However, at this time we do not provide phone support. The best way to reach us is by chat, simply click the "?" and send us a message if you can't find what you're looking for in our Knowledge Base Search (FAQ). You can also email us at [email protected], but the emails go to the same place as our chat so we'll respond accordingly. 

We truly believe it wouldn't be possible to provide the same effective assistance over the phone, because.. 

  • We can quickly find your account and related information to look up any issues. 

  • We frequently ask you to send us screenshots to help us see what you’re seeing.

  • We can provide you step-by-step guides as well as links to guide you in the right direction.

  • We want to ensure nothing gets lost in translation if we need to escalate your issue.

  • We can get to the bottom of your questions and investigate on your account without putting you on hold.
