Pin Inspector offers several different ways for you to monitor analytics for a specific Pin that you've posted. You can use a keyword search, filter by Repins, Board, Website, or even Date Pinned. It also allows you to re-purpose posts!

Navigate to Insights Tab

1. Go to your Pin Inspector by selecting the Insights page in the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select the Pin Inspector tab at the top of the page.

Finding a Pin

There are a few ways to find your content in the Pin Inspector:

  • Use the Search for Anything field to search for URL's or keywords used in the description of the post

  • Filter By Board: If you know what board a pin was published to, select that board in the "By Board" dropdown. This can be helpful if you’re wanting to compare a bunch of similar Pins and see what’s performed best.

  • Filter by Website: If you want to filter out any repins or pins that don't direct to your website, select the From My Website drop down.

  • Filter by Date: If you want want to see how all the Pins you pinned in a specific time frame are doing, set the date range on the right hand side of the Pin Inspector.

Note: If you're on our Free Forever plan, you can view analytics for the past seven days. If you're on our Pro, Advanced, or Max Plans you'll be able to view one year of data. Be sure you click "Load All Pins" to see all pins available. If you can't go back far in history, then the pins were posted prior to your plan limit.

The Pin Inspector includes all your most recent Pins, regardless of whether they were scheduled through Tailwind or not. You can toggle the Posted by TW on to see pins solely published through Tailwind!

Re-Purposing Content

1. Sorting by Saves, Impressions, Clicks is usually a good way to find Pins that are doing well on Pinterest. You can re-schedule this content to keep it circulating! On the right side of the Pin, click "Re-Schedule this Pin".

2. You can select one or multiple pins to re-schedule and you will see "Pending Re-Schedule" on those pins. From here, you'll need to click the Re-schedule button at the bottom of the page and it will take you to the quick scheduler to fill out the necessary information to publish.
